with mass appeal to youth markets and being the only energy drink allowed in UK schools, IT quickly became a challenger brand within the fmcg market. suso* which is short for stand up stand out, encouraged teenagers between 12-18 to do just that - we created a suso 'team' with the aim to show that there are alternative paths to success. supported by a quarterly magazine that covered issues important to teenagers, we also created an online platform and community that helped facilitate the dreams and aspirations of our core consumer - partnerING team members with professionals in their chosen field for mentorship. wanted to swim the channel - we put you with GB triathletes to give you tips ON OPEN WATER SWIMMING, wanted to record your first single - we put you with producers from rough trade records to help lay down your tracK. through thE COMMUNITY PLATFORM WE WERE ABLE TO GORW OUR REACH ORGANICALLY AND created ongoing support, ENCOURAGING others to stand up & stand out.
